At Scarpa, we take great care in delivering your luxury footwear with the attention and service you expect. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, click & collect, and returns for New Zealand and Australia.

Rural delivery: 2–5 business days

Important Information

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday
  • Orders placed Friday to Sunday are dispatched the following Monday
  • Courier fees are non‑refundable
  • To ensure safe delivery of luxury footwear, we courier a maximum of 3 pairs per order, and our courier partner must provide a signature and/or photographic proof of delivery.
  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery to Australia typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Taxes & Duties

Shipping fees and product prices do not include Australian GST or import duties.
Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser and are payable directly to Australian customs.

Please note that while we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs or courier services.

The purchaser will also be liable for any return NZ customs charges and tax should you decide to return your purchase from Australia.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right. If your online purchase is unsuitable, we offer a simple and flexible returns process for eligible items.

Returns Quick Guide

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Footwear only (bags excluded)
  • Items must be unworn and in original packaging
  • Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned

Return Timeframe

Online orders may be returned by courier to our Auckland store for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your items.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return has been approved.

Note on Australia Returns - The purchaser will also be liable for any return NZ customs charges and tax should you decide to return your purchase from Australia.

Return Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • As new
  • Unworn
  • In original packaging

Returns must be accompanied by a completed returns form.

We also accept returns in person at our Teed Street boutique. Items must still meet the return requirements and be accompanied by a completed returns form.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or reduced‑price items
  • Bags

Consumer Guarantees

All Scarpa purchases are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the item and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Scarpa will always meet its obligations under New Zealand consumer law.
