Here are some tips on how to ensure your order goes smoothly:

Sale (reduced price) items and handbags are excluded from this return policy, as all sales of these items are final.

  • If unsuitable, online purchases may be returned by courier to any of our Scarpa stores for an exchange or refund as soon as possible ( Flexible Returns: 7 days after you receive your items ) after you receive them.
  • Please complete the returns form included with your purchase.
  • All returned items must be as new, in original packaging and condition.
  • All purchases are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Scarpa will always meet its responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Voucher codes cannot be combined with any other codes or promotions.

For domestic shipping, they are as follows:

  • Free delivery on orders over $390 within New Zealand.
  • Shipping is $10 for Items under $390
  • Please note, Courier fees are non-refundable and we only courier Mon-Thu. All orders placed between Fri-Sun are sent on Monday.
  • We will only courier a maximum of 3 pairs per customer.

For International shipping, they are as follows:

  • Shipping is $45 per item within Australia.
  • Please note, the purchase price for goods and shipping for any Australian delivery does not include any applicable tax or duty charged by Australian authorities. The purchaser is liable for any additional duty or tax charges.

Your VIP rewards are for your personal use only and can't be transferred to any another account.

Individual loyalty accounts cannot be merged.

Your loyalty points will expire 12 months after date of last purchase.

For every $1000 spend (1000 loyalty points) you will receive a $50 Scarpa reward voucher to use on your next purchase. This reward expires after 6 months.

For example:
1,000 points will generate a $50 reward voucher,
2,000 points will generate a $100 reward voucher.

To remain a member of the Scarpa VIP, you must purchase at least one item per year.

Scarpa VIP reward vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Pre-order Items will be delivered within 20 - 30 days after payment.
Some styles might have minor colour variances to the pictures depending on the manufacturer.
Regular terms and conditions for returning the items will apply after you received your items.
If for any reason your items are not delivered by the manufacturer we will issue a refund to your method of payment.
