It is the policy of Scarpa to send our customers emails throughout the purchasing process and other emails advising of new stock deliveries, sales and/or other information that we deem of interest to our customers. If you do not want to receive Scarpa e-mails or other mail from us, please unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Scarpa email.

Promotional Codes & VIP Vouchers:
Voucher codes cannot be combined with any other codes or promotions or VIP rewards.
Pre-orders:
- Pre-order Items will be delivered within 20 - 30 days after payment.
- Some styles might have minor colour variances to the pictures depending on the manufacturer.
- Regular terms and conditions for returning the items will apply after you received your items.
- If for any reason your items are not delivered by the manufacturer we will issue a refund to your method of payment.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift Voucher Options: Scarpa offers digital Gift Vouchers in the following denominations:
- $100
- $250
- $500
All Gift Vouchers are available online only and are issued digitally, no physical cards are supplied.
Delivery: Your Gift Voucher will be emailed directly to the purchaser or nominated recipient after checkout.
Delivery is typically instant, but please allow up to 24 hours during peak periods.
If you haven’t received your voucher, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
How to Redeem:
- Gift Vouchers can be redeemed exclusively online at scarpa.co.nz.
- Simply enter the voucher code at checkout to apply the value to your order.
- You may use more than one voucher in a single transaction.
- If your order exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance can be paid using any accepted payment method.
Validity:
- All Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Expired vouchers cannot be reissued, extended, or refunded.
Restrictions - to keep things simple and transparent:
- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.
- Voucher purchases and redemptions are online only and not accepted in-store.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
Lost or Misplaced Vouchers:
Please treat your voucher code like cash. Scarpa is unable to replace lost or stolen vouchers without proof of purchase. In some cases, we may be able to reissue the original code at our discretion.
Returns & Refunds:
If you return an item purchased with a Gift Voucher, the refund will be issued as a new digital Gift Voucher.
No cash refunds will be provided for purchases made using a voucher.
Fraud & Misuse:
Scarpa reserves the right to cancel any Gift Voucher or related order if we believe it has been obtained fraudulently or used in breach of this policy.
