Existing in store customer but haven’t registered or shopped online yet?
Dear Scarpa Customer,
If you are an existing in-store customer and want to sync your VIP points, you must create a new online account using your existing email (the one you have used in store) and create a new password. All your existing Scarpa VIP points will sync from your in store VIP account.
Order online as usual, an email confirmation will be sent to you. After this you will get a second email when the shoes are available to courier. Alternatively, you can pre order in store or over the phone, we can help you choose the right style & size for you!
